I am a qualified career mentor and coach with over forty years of professional experience across diverse business and employment sectors and in several countries in Europe and Asia.
Most recently, I have been working in Japan on MBA and PhD programmes at leading universities and business schools.
As an academic, my research focus has been on processes of individual professional and career development, and especially on career opportunities for early and mid-career professionals.
I have set up Tozai Coaching and Mentoring as an accessible and free-to-use online portal for the purpose of offering expert career coaching support and career mentoring guidance to individuals who are seeking to achieve and excel.
Accordingly, I have brought together a team of trusted Associates who are willing to share from their own diverse individual work experiences in Japan and internationally.
Our collective knowledge, insight, and practical experience of successfully choosing and developing individual careers genuinely brings together "East" (東) and "West" (西) in relation to best practice in individual career coaching and mentoring.

If, after an initial consultation, you do choose to be coached or mentored by a Tozai Associate, you will agree a working arrangement with them individually.
